These Terms and Conditions of the online store www.tallermaya.org (the "site" the "website", the "online store") establish the general contracting conditions applicable to the purchase and sale operations carried out between Semillero de Empresas Rurales, S.A de C.V. ("Taller Maya and Traspatio Maya") and the users of the online store (the "customers").

I.- Requirements for using the website

The customer can only carry out transactions if they have accessed the site using their secret password. In terms of the provisions contained in the Commercial Code, the use of this password allows us to identify you in the digital environment and attribute to you the acts and transactions carried out in the online store.

Taller Maya and Traspatio Maya have the right: (i) to assume that the data messages associated with your electronic signature or account from the customer linked to said signature and/or account, and to act accordingly to the message received to address your request and; (ii) to consider that the data message you sent us expressly corresponds to the one the customer wanted to send us.
