Due to its great concentration of flavor, it is recommended to use a small handful and grind with a mortar or grinder to season funds, broths, pasta cooking waters and to season meats or vegetables.
About the artisan techniqueSalt is extracted from the pools of the Yucatan seas in the same way that the ancient Mayans did. It is dried and cleaned with manual processes so that the salt retains all its mineral properties.
